Welcome to Your Healing Haven. To ensure we create a safe and supportive space for our work together, I ask that you please review the following terms and conditions. By using this website or booking a session, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these shared guidelines.
1. Scope of Practice & Professional Disclaimer
The services provided—including Reiki, Yoga, and Spiritual Counselling—are intended for the purpose of stress reduction, relaxation, and energetic alignment.
Not Medical Advice: I am a professional healer and soul guide, not a licensed medical doctor, psychiatrist, or healthcare provider. My services do not replace the care of a physician.
No Diagnosis: I do not diagnose conditions, perform medical treatments, or prescribe substances.
Co-Creation: Healing is a collaborative process. While I am here to guide you, you are the ultimate authority on your own health and wellness. Please consult a medical professional for any physical or mental health concerns.
2. Eligibility for Services
To maintain a safe and legal practice, the following eligibility rules apply:
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to book a session or use these services independently.
Minors: Services for individuals under the age of 18 may only be provided with the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must be present or reachable during the session as agreed upon.
Right of Refusal: I reserve the right to decline service if I feel the partnership is not a healthy fit or if a client’s needs fall outside my specific areas of expertise.
3. Confidentiality & Disclosure
The details of our sessions are held in the strictest confidence. However, as a professional practitioner, there are specific legal and ethical exceptions where confidentiality may need to be breached. These situations include:
Safety of Minors: If there is a reason to believe that a minor is at risk of harm, neglect, or abuse.
Risk of Harm: If a client expresses a clear intention to harm themselves or someone else.
Legal Requirement: In the rare event that information is requested by a court order or as required by law.
Outside of these specific safety and legal requirements, your personal information and session details will never be shared without your express written consent.
4. Booking & Payments
Confirmation: A session is only considered "booked" once you receive a confirmation email.
Payment Methods: All payments are processed securely through our website using Stripe/Credit Card. For remote global sessions, payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
Currency: All rates are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change with notice.
5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Your time and my time are both sacred. Because I hold space specifically for you, I require notice for changes:
24-Hour Notice: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows me to offer the opening to another seeker on the waiting list.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of the full session cost.
No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your session (in-person or online) within 15 minutes of the start time, the session will be considered a "No-Show" and is non-refundable.
6. Intellectual Property & Copyright
Everything you see on this website is a reflection of my soul’s work and professional dedication.
Ownership: All content—including text, course materials, guided meditations, and logo—is the property of Your Healing Haven and is protected by common law copyright.
Personal Use: You are welcome and encouraged to use any materials provided during our sessions for your own personal growth.
Restrictions: You may not record sessions, reproduce, sell, or distribute any content from this website or my programs without my express written permission.
7. Acknowledgement of Terms
By clicking "Book Now," paying an invoice, or participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service, including the Medical Disclaimer and Consent for Physical Touch protocols during in-person energy healing sessions.
