Yoga for Healing

Yoga is a beautiful, limitless, personal practice of witnessing the self and recognizing that same stillness, beauty and perfection in all other forms of life.

Yoga helps us unify and align all aspects of ourselves; guiding us to tap back into our authentic energy, power and healing potential. 

Physical asana practice prepares the body and mind for conscious expansion, greater self-awareness, and compassionate action. This opens up doorways for personal growth, healing, discovery and transformation.

Through regular yoga practice, the mind becomes more adaptable, expansive and resilient just as the body does. This allows us to really let go, tap into the breath, and witness the flow of life within and around us.  

 

Yoga With Reiki

Yoga and Reiki go hand-in-hand because they are both healing and awareness practices. I offer Restorative Reiki Yoga sessions because of the greater potential for healing.

By calming the mind through yoga and breathwork, energetic blockages held within are more easily identified and released.

The flow of Reiki energy creates a more softened state of being where we are more easily able to let go of tension, stress and dis-ease in not only the physical body but also the emotional, energetic and mental aspects of self. This allows us to heal more deeply and align with what is true and best for us more easily.

Restorative Reiki Yoga

During a restorative Reiki Yoga Session, you will be guided to move through restorative yoga postures that promote deep relaxation and healing.

As you rest in these postures, Reiki is applied to the body, promoting feelings of peacefulness and uplifted presence. Reiki also helps to clear the mind, release and soothes tight muscles and denser energetic blockages held within our system.

Restorative Reiki Yoga will leave you feeling fully rejuvenated, balanced and peaceful; leading your whole self back to a state of optimal health and harmony.

These sessions are offered at both 1-hour and 1.5-hour lengths, in person and virtually via Zoom.

Meditative Hatha Flow

These personalized, traditional Hatha Yoga sequences have an emphasis on breath-awareness and mindful movements. 

While catering to your specific needs and goals, these meditative flows will help you unwind, detoxify, recharge and connect back with your own light and power.

Guided meditations, yogic breathing techniques, and traditional flow and alignment will help you to not only gain flexibility and strength but also promote more balance, relaxation, mental focus and clarity.

These sessions are offered at both 1-hour and 1.5-hour lengths, in person and virtually via Zoom.
